Fa uns 70 anys en Daniel Viver va començar a conrear hortalisses i fruites varies. Amb el pas del temps es van especialitzar en el cultiu de la pruna de la qual en treballen diverses varietats destacant sobretot els mirabolans. Avui la Carme dona continuïtat a la feina que va començar en Daniel i així s'han consolidat com una petita empresa familiar especialitzada en el cultiu de la pruna.
