Seguint el mateix procés que altres cooperatives de la zona, durant el franquisme es coneixia com a Hermandad Sindical de Labradores. Quan es va acabar la dictadura es va transformar en Cambra Agrària i cap a la dècada de 1990 es va formar el que, encara avui, anomenem Agrària Santa Coloma de Cervelló.
