La Fundació Cassià Just va néixer el 1994 per donar resposta a les dificultats d'entrar al món laboral amb què es trobaven els joves amb especials fragilitats (problemàtica de salut mental i exclusió social). Amb aquesta voluntat, Cuina Justa porta més de 20 anys generant llocs de treball i actualment dona feina a unes 300 persones a través de les seves diferents línies de negoci.
