La Cooperativa Agrícola del Prat està formada per pagesos i pageses del Prat de Llobregat. Treballem els camps de conreu del nostre municipi amb productes de temporada com la Carxofa Prat, el Meló del Prat i fruites i verdures fresques. Actualment, la Cooperativa Agrícola del Prat està formada per 20 famílies pageses associades que viuen directament de l’agricultura al nostre territori. Aquests 20 socis i les seves famílies conreen unes 250 hectàrees de camps fèrtils al Parc Agrari del Baix Llobregat, mantenint el llegat de la tradició agrícola a la Vall Baixa del Llobregat.
